100 w power amplifier

NuPower LS100A01 L- & S-Band Power Amplifier

A high power solid-state power amplifier module that offers a minimum of 100 watts of RF power within the frequency range of 1600 MHz to 2500 MHz. This module gives the user the ability to boost signal power levels of data links and transmitters for extending the range of communications, and electronic warfare.

NuPower C20RX01 Bidirectional C-Band Power Amplifier

A small, broadband, high-performance RF amplifier that delivers a minimum of 20 watts of RF power within the C-band frequency range of 4400 MHz to 4900 MHz. This module offers a noise figure of 3.5 dB and a low noise amplifier that provides 10 dB of gain through the receive path. This module features manual transmit / receive (T/R) mode selection, coupled with an extremely fast T/R mode switch time of 2 uS.

NuPower Xtender C10RX01 & C10RX02 Bidirectional C-Band Power Amplifier

The NuPower Xtender C10RX01 & C10RX02 Bidirectional C-Band Amplifier operates across the C-band frequency range of 4500 MHz to 5100 MHz and offers a minimum of 10 watts of RF transmit power. This module has 10 dB of Transmit gain with a 1 watt nominal input drive level, and 10 dB of receive gain from the low noise amplifier in a miniature package. Manual or Auto sensing T/R control, and over-voltage protection are other features that this module can offer to the User.
